How do I join a Zoom meeting?

Joining zoom can be easy as 1,2,3. Follow along with our steps to join us on our monthly calls.

STEP 1

Ensure you have Zoom downloaded. This may be from your computer or possibly your mobile device. You'll want to head over to https://zoom.us/download to find the correct Zoom version for you.
*Note* It is important to have the latest version of Zoom installed when trying to join a meeting.

STEP 2

Find your Zoom link. You'll want to check your email to be sure you've got the right link for your Zoom call. We send out two emails each day we have a call. One email goes out in the morning as a reminder, and one email goes out 15 minutes before the call to ask you to join. Both of these should have the Zoom link in them for quick access.

STEP 3

Participation. Once you've joined the Zoom call, we want to ensure you get the most of it, so participation is highly encouraged. Write down any questions on a piece of paper as the call progresses, so you have all your questions handy when it's Q&A time.
